We aim to distribute the calendar and directory across South Africa to all the Nurseries.
This directory consists of a free listing for all the Nurseries and a catalogue of all garden related products and services. There wil also be a variety of articles of related interests. Let us know if you would like to submit your article.

The planting guide calendar is a tool to assist in your daily gardening. Accompanied by a guide book which provides the meanings, reasons and significance behind the garden activity timing. We get to learn more about the natural forces that we work with and become more in tune with its cycles. This calendar is intended to be used as a guide - as most of us have to fit in with more human schedules, having a finger on the pulse of the natural rhythms is invaluable.

Sojourney is donating R5 per 2010 edition sold, to a local NPO to support the organic veggie gardening project.
The Knysna Education trust is a Non Profit Organisation aimed at uplifting the level of education provided to preschool children in the disadvantaged areas of The Garden Route. Amongst their main priorities are -
- Primary Health Care
- aims to ensure that preschoolers have food in their tummies when at school with a feeding scheme - Literacy and Training
- the Teacher’s Training Program works to ensure the teachers are literate and properly trained for education - Financial assistance
- the Trust has an adopt-a-child education program, helping to cover disadvantaged children’s school fees - Infrastructure improvement
- the School Buildings Program aims to assist with creating and improving existing facilities - Sustainability initiatives
- the Garden program is aimed at equipping schools with their own sustainable vegetable gardens
